We are excited to announce that St Mary’s Church Shaw is hosting a community event to celebrate Shaw’s on-going link with Action Through Enterprise (ATE).

Information and Networking Evening

Thursday 12th March, 6 – 7.15pm

St Marys Church, Shaw, RG14 2DR

Drinks and Nibbles on arrival,

Short film documenting the work of ATE,

Discussion on the impact of SCATE,

Connecting and networking.

Everybody is welcome at this exciting community event!

Since this link was formally established in 2016, it has enriched the lives of people in both communities. Schools, community groups, businesses and individuals in Shaw have engaged in SCATE, connecting with people living in rural Africa to build common understanding, creating long lasting partnerships and friendships at a grass roots level.

We are giving all interested parties an opportunity to come and find out more. SCATE is holding an Information Evening, which will include the showing of a short film about the work of ATE in Lawra and information about the exciting opportunities that this link provides.

This event will be an enjoyable networking opportunity, with nibbles and drinks generously donated by businesses in Shaw. We would like to invite you to join us!

Please do RSVP to let us know if you are able to join us by purchasing a free of charge ticket at: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/scate-information-and-networking-evening-tickets-90129346301 or by contacting Sarah Gardner on sarah@ateghana.org or 07909091920.
