We will endeavour to resolve your complaints within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled or resolved your complaint, please write to the Chair of Trustees (firstname.lastname@example.org) who will report the matter to the next meeting of the Trustees, which will decide on any further steps to resolve the situation.
