ATE is a young and dynamic charity that is making a significant impact in Lawra, Ghana. As a result of significant growth, we are looking for a capable, enthusiastic and hardworking person to become an ATE Hub Support Assistant.

The successful candidate will be multiskilled, proficient in administration, digital skills, a confident motorbike driver and excellent communicator. Friendly and able to take instruction well, this person should enjoy providing support to ATE Projects and our current team. This role is perfect for someone keen to make a difference and work with an impactful NGO, whilst developing their International Development experience working on poverty reduction projects across the Lawra district.

This is a full time role based in Lawra Municipal on a fixed term 12 month contract, subject to review. The successful candidate will need to have a current motorbike licence and access to a motorbike to regularly travel into rural communities. They will also be flexible and adable, able to communicate confidently in both Dagaare and English.
