Today, 10 young women in Nandom begin their journey towards empowerment and economic independence.

Our VocATE Apprenticeship Programme gets vulnerable young women into vocational training programmes, and ensures they can succeed. We provide funds and equipment, but that’s only the beginning.

These future entrepreneurs will receive extensive pastoral care, wellbeing support, build tech & commercial business skills, and be part of a community that will enable them to thrive.

After 3 years, they’ll pass their exams and then offered the opportunity of being welcomed into our Small Business Programme where they’ll begin the journey of running their own enterprise.

In 5 years, they’ll earn a sustainable income to support themselves and their families. They’ll look to a future that is bright.

Today is a huge day for them, and we truly love seeing them so excited and hopeful.

Join us for an unforgettable running challenge in 2027 and help provide nutritious school meals to children in rural Ghana.

We're looking for 9 enthusiastic runners to represent Team ATE across two exciting sold-out events:

🏅 Bath Half Marathon | 14 March 2027 — 6 places available

🏅 Brighton Marathon | 4 April 2027 — 3 places available

Together, we're aiming to raise £10,000 to support ATE's school feeding programme, where just 35p provides a school meal.

💛 Minimum fundraising commitment: £500 per runner.
