We have an exciting plan to make the most of our supporters windfall or surplus apples, turning them into pure, delicious non-alcoholic apple juice, pasteurised to last 18 months! Apples that would otherwise go to waste also offer an easy and fun way to raise awareness and funds to support ATE’s work in Ghana. The perfect recipe!
Ian Richie, a long-term supporter of ATE, has volunteered to manage this exciting project. He will be collecting local apples over the next few weeks.
